Sending rakhi online means delegating the physical ritual to a vendor who handles the rakhi sourcing, the puja-blessing, the gift bundling, the courier despatch and the delivery confirmation on your behalf. DivineTatva runs this end-to-end from our Jaipur atelier: every online order is pulled, blessed with the Raksha-Sukta by our resident pandit, packed with a complimentary roli-chawal kit and handwritten card, and despatched via tracked courier the same day if placed before 2 PM. A video of the blessing is shared on the buyer's WhatsApp before despatch — proof that the ritual happened, not just the parcel.

How long does online rakhi delivery take?
Within Jaipur: same-day for orders placed before 2 PM. Across India: next-day to 40+ cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Lucknow and the entire NH-8 corridor); 2-3 days for other tier-2 and tier-3 cities. International (USA/UK/Canada/Australia/UAE/Singapore): 4-7 working days via tracked courier.
Can I add a personalised message when I order online?
Yes — at checkout there is a 200-character message field. Our calligrapher pens it in English or Devanagari on a hand-finished card, and we send you a photo of the card on WhatsApp before despatch for your approval. No extra charge.
Do you accept COD for online rakhi orders?
Yes — COD is available for all in-India orders up to ₹5,000. For orders above that or for international addresses, prepaid (PhonePe / UPI / cards) is required. International orders ship only after payment confirmation.
What if I order online and the recipient is not home?
Courier attempts re-delivery the next working day and leaves a notification with a contact number. If three attempts fail, the parcel returns to our Jaipur warehouse — we contact you on WhatsApp to re-arrange despatch or refund (minus return courier).
Can I track my online rakhi order?
Yes — the despatch confirmation includes a tracking link (Delhivery / Bluedart depending on pincode). You also get a SMS and WhatsApp update at every milestone: order received, blessed, despatched, out for delivery, delivered.
Is online rakhi delivery available across all PIN codes in India?
Yes for ~99% of India — including J&K, North-East and Andaman. Three remote postal pockets (parts of Lakshadweep, some border tehsils in Arunachal, and prisoner-of-war zones in Ladakh) have known courier limitations; the system will flag at checkout if your pincode is in this 1%.
