Every gemstone we sell is graded by an independent laboratory — GIA, IGI or GRS — for natural origin, weight, treatment status and clarity. The certificate ships with the stone and is uploaded to your account. Rudraksha is X-ray verified for mukhi count and shape integrity.

The lab certificate explicitly states treatment status. We list only natural, untreated stones. If a stone is treated (rare on our site), it is labelled clearly on the product page and certificate; we never pass treated stones off as natural.

We offer a full refund plus ₹500 compensation if any authenticity claim doesn't hold up. Email care@divinetatva.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange pickup and refund at our cost.

Every order is consecrated by our Vedic astrologers on Purnima (full-moon night) with mantra, fire and water in our Jaipur atelier. The ritual takes 12–18 minutes per piece and we send a short blessing card with the order.

Yes — we source Nepal-origin rudraksha through a small set of long-standing trade relationships. Each bead is X-ray tested for the correct mukhi count and an authenticity card lists origin and grade. Indonesian rudraksha (if ever sold) is clearly labelled and sold at a separate price band.

7-day easy returns on unused items in original packaging. Custom-cut gemstones and engraved items are non-returnable unless authenticity is in question (in which case full refund + ₹500 compensation applies).
