What is the cut-off time for same-day rakhi delivery in Jaipur?
2 PM IST on the order date — orders placed before 2 PM are blessed by 4 PM and out for delivery by 5 PM, arriving with the recipient between 6 PM and 8 PM the same evening. Orders placed between 2 PM and 6 PM ship the same evening for first-thing-next-morning delivery. Orders after 6 PM ship the next morning.

Within Jaipur same-day: ₹49 surcharge. Next-day delivery to the 40+ cities: ₹99 surcharge. Both waived for orders above ₹1,999. Below ₹999 same-day is not available (express courier minimum doesn't make the unit economics work).
Can I order same-day delivery for an address outside the 40-city list?
Yes for next-day-or-best-effort — message us on WhatsApp with the pincode before placing the order. We attempt next-day delivery via Bluedart's Apex service to most tier-2 pincodes (₹149 surcharge). For tier-3 and remote pincodes, the realistic commitment is 2-3 days.
Is same-day delivery available on Sundays?
Yes within Jaipur (we run a Sunday despatch shift the week of Raksha Bandhan). Across India: most couriers don't operate on Sundays in tier-2 cities, so next-day Sunday delivery is best-effort, not guaranteed. We confirm at checkout based on your pincode.
What if the same-day delivery fails — courier delay or address issue?
If the courier confirms a delay or failed attempt on the same day, we re-attempt next day at no charge. If the failure was due to an incorrect address, we contact you on WhatsApp to correct and re-despatch (₹49 re-courier charge). If the order genuinely cannot be delivered for the rakhi day, we offer full refund or convert to a regular delivery with apology gift (₹500 store credit).
