Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm it by WhatsApp or email. We may decline an order — and will refund any amount already paid — if an item is out of stock, if the price was listed wrongly, if the delivery address is not serviceable, or if the order looks fraudulent.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page.
• Online payments are processed by PhonePe. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Cash on Delivery is available on most orders. The amount shown at checkout is the exact amount the delivery agent will collect — please keep it ready.
• If a price is listed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Dispatch and delivery

• Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 24-48 working hours. Items awaiting energisation on Purnima may take 0-2 days longer.
• Delivery within India usually takes 3-7 working days depending on your pincode.
• You will receive the courier name, AWB number and a tracking link on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is booked.
• Delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes or incorrect addresses are outside our control, though we will chase the courier on your behalf.

Cancellation

You can cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched — message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Once the parcel is with the courier it cannot be cancelled, but you can refuse delivery or return it under the returns policy below.

Repeatedly refusing Cash on Delivery parcels costs us both the forward and return freight. We may ask for prepayment on future orders where this happens.

Returns and refunds

• Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Custom-cut gemstones and engraved or personalised items are not returnable, unless authenticity is in question.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days of the returned item reaching us. For Cash on Delivery orders we refund by UPI or bank transfer.
• Ask us before shipping anything back so we can arrange pickup and give you the correct address.

Authenticity

Gemstones are graded by an independent laboratory and rudraksha is X-ray verified for mukhi count. If any authenticity claim we make does not hold up, we refund you in full. The details are on our Authenticity Guarantee page.

Natural stones vary. Colour, banding, inclusions and exact bead size differ from piece to piece, and photographs shift with screens and lighting. That variation is a property of real stone, not a defect, and is not grounds for a return on its own.

What we do and do not claim

Our products come from Vedic and astrological tradition. Wearing them is a ritual and a daily reminder of your own intention. We do not claim, and you should not rely on, any medical, psychiatric, financial, legal or fertility outcome. Nothing we sell is a substitute for professional advice or prescribed treatment, and no result is guaranteed.

Any astrological consultation or recommendation we provide is offered on the same basis — as guidance within a tradition, not as professional advice.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse of our staff, or repeated refused deliveries.

Our content

Photographs, text, guides and designs on this site belong to DivineTatva. You may share links freely. Copying our product photography or article text onto another store or site is not permitted.

Liability

Where the law allows us to limit it, our liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here removes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
