DivineTatva ships rakhi internationally via tracked courier with full customs clearance to six countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, United Arab Emirates, and Singapore. Every international parcel includes the same Raksha-Sukta blessing video, handwritten card, and roli-chawal kit as our India orders. We do not use third-party drop-shipping — the parcel originates from our Jaipur atelier and the international courier (DHL or FedEx depending on destination) is purchased by us, so the tracking number reflects the actual physical journey from Jaipur to your sibling's door. Free shipping on orders above ₹4,999 to UAE and Singapore; ₹6,999 to UK; ₹7,999 to USA/CA/AU. Pricing is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for UAE and Singapore — no hidden duties on arrival. For USA/UK/CA/AU, customs duty (if any) is paid on arrival by recipient.

Depends on destination. USA, UK, Canada, Australia: NO fresh sweets or chocolate (USDA/FSA/CFIA/DAFF food import restrictions); replace with dry-fruit hamper (clears customs cleanly). UAE, Singapore: YES — fresh mithai under 250g and chocolate clear customs in 24 hours; full hampers possible. Our international checkout flow filters automatically based on destination country.
Is the rakhi safe in international transit?
Yes — every international parcel ships in a rigid double-wall box with internal silk-lined cushioning. The rakhi itself sits in a velvet-lined inner pouch; silver pieces in airtight anti-tarnish bags; gemstones in suede-lined boxes. Insurance against loss is included for parcel value up to ₹5,000; above that, add-on insurance is ₹49 per ₹1,000 of additional cover.
How do I track my international rakhi order?
After despatch you receive an email and WhatsApp message with the DHL or FedEx tracking number and a direct link. Tracking updates from Jaipur airport handover (Day 1), customs clearance at destination (Day 2-3), out-for-delivery and signed-receipt confirmation. We also send WhatsApp notifications at customs clearance and delivery so you don't have to refresh the courier site.
