Match the report to the piece
Compare the report reference, item description and any identifying measurements or photographs with your purchase. Keep the report and order details together. If the connection between a document and the supplied piece is unclear, ask us to clarify it.
For a mixed-stone bracelet, check what the laboratory examined and which materials its findings cover. An individual item report should not be assumed to include every possible test or property.
Read what the laboratory actually found
Check the stated material identity, any treatment findings and the examination scope. Do not infer an untreated result, geographic origin or metal fineness where the report does not establish it.
The laboratory name is stated on the applicable report. We do not claim that one named lab examines every item or that every report offers the same grading, online verification or testing methods.
Verification and missing documents
Use the issuing laboratory's own verification method where available, and compare the returned details. Ask the issuer or our team about any mismatch. A screenshot or a logo alone does not explain the scope of an examination.
If your item report is missing or unclear, contact us with your order reference so we can identify the document for your piece. Confirm the available report format and delivery method with the team; do not assume an account download or QR lookup is available for every issuer.
What a report does not promise
Material certification does not certify wealth attraction, chakra balancing, protection from harm or an energisation ritual. It also does not replace the current product specification or published order terms.
