Why wear it
  • Maximum vibrational amplification — Sphatik's crystalline lattice multiplies the yantra's geometric resonance many times over compared to metal substrates
  • Chakra alignment — The 3D pyramid form draws energy upward through all seven chakras, from muladhara at the bhupura base to sahasrara at the bindu apex
  • Wealth and spiritual unification — Sri Vidya is the only tradition that fuses moksha (liberation) with bhukti (worldly enjoyment); the sphatik yantra accelerates both
  • Aura purification — Quartz absorbs and dissolves environmental negativity; many devotees report visible clarity and lightness in the room within days of installation
  • Premium heirloom asset — Each piece is unique in inclusions and clarity; appreciates in value and is passed down through generations as a family vibhuti
The Detail

About this piece

The Sphatik Shri Yantra is the same master Sri Chakra of the Sri Vidya tradition, but carved into a single piece of natural sphatik (clear quartz crystal) in three-dimensional Meru-prastara form — the pyramidal rendering described in the Saundarya Lahari as the most potent geometry for awakening Tripura Sundari's grace. The yantra retains the canonical 9 interlocking triangles (4 Shiva upward + 5 Shakti downward), 43 sub-triangles in 5 concentric chakras, 8-petal and 16-petal lotuses, and the four-gated bhupura, but elevates each tier so that energy spirals upward to the bindu at the apex. Sphatik is prized in tantra as the purest crystalline conductor of prana: it stores, amplifies, and re-radiates spiritual vibration without distortion, making this the most powerful form of the Shri Yantra. Hand-carved in Jaipur from single-piece quartz, polished to optical clarity, and energised on Purnima with full Sri Vidya nyasa.

How to wear

Install in the north-east of the pooja room or main hall on a small wooden chowki covered with red silk. Avoid placing directly on metal or glass surfaces. Face east while worshipping. Light a pure ghee lamp and offer fresh white or red flowers, sandalwood paste, and unbroken rice (akshat). Chant the Sri Vidya beej "Ka E Ee La Hreem, Ha Sa Ka Ha La Hreem, Sa Ka La Hreem" 108 times with a sphatik mala. Cleanse the crystal monthly by leaving it in moonlight for one full Purnima night. Avoid direct contact with synthetic chemicals.

Questions

Frequently asked

How do I confirm the sphatik is natural, not glass or resin?

Natural sphatik feels noticeably cooler to the touch than glass and stays cool even after handling. Hold it against your cheek — synthetic crystals warm immediately. Genuine sphatik also shows fine internal inclusions or rainbow refractions when held against a torch; flawless, perfectly clear pieces with no inclusions are almost always glass. DivineTatva supplies a lab-tested authenticity certificate with every sphatik piece.

Can I place sphatik in the bedroom?

Sphatik is gentle enough for the bedroom and is often recommended for couples seeking harmony. Place it in the north-east corner on a wooden surface, well away from the bed itself, and never directly in line with the sleeping head.

Does sphatik need re-energising more frequently than copper?

Yes — sphatik absorbs ambient energy more rapidly. Cleanse with rock salt water (not sea salt) or pure water once a month, and re-energise under a full moon every Purnima. Avoid sunlight for prolonged periods, as direct UV can cloud certain quartz varieties.

Can women worship during their cycle?

The same Sri Vidya rules apply — mental worship is always permitted; physical touching is paused for three days. Sphatik is particularly considered devi-friendly and is often used in feminine sadhana.

Where do I dispose of an old sphatik yantra?

Sphatik yantras rarely need disposal — they are typically passed to the next generation. If chipped or broken irreparably, immerse in a clean flowing river with mantra; never break further or discard with household waste.

Can a printed Shri Yantra substitute for sphatik?

For serious Sri Vidya sadhana, no. The whole point of sphatik is its crystalline storage of prana; paper cannot hold a fraction of that charge. A printed yantra is fine for daily darshan only. ---
