Why wear it
  • North-zone Kuber wealth activation: classical Vastu prescription for financial flow and abundance
  • Solar Plexus chakra (Manipura) support: used in crystal practice for confidence, willpower, and financial action
  • Financial stagnation clearing: tradition holds that pyrite's reflective surface deflects energy of lack and blockage
  • Desk prosperity anchor: front-left placement per Vastu for career income and promotion energy
  • Cash box energiser: small cluster inside a cash box or locker is a traditional North Indian abundance practice
  • Abundance altar focal point: pairs with green aventurine and citrine for combined wealth energy
  • Goal-anchoring focal point: a certified, intentionally placed mineral specimen functions as a daily environmental reminder of financial goals
  • Disclaimer: Crystal and Vastu benefits described above are belief traditions with deep cultural roots. No peer-reviewed scientific evidence demonstrates that pyrite affects financial outcomes or physiological states. DivineTatva certifies the mineral identity of the specimen — outcomes depend on your actions in the world.
The Detail

About this piece

Raw Pyrite (FeS2) is a natural iron-sulfide mineral that forms sharp cubic and pyritohedral crystals with a metallic gold-silver lustre. Known as Fool's Gold, it is used in Vastu Shastra for North-zone Kuber wealth activation and in crystal tradition for Solar Plexus confidence. Every DivineTatva specimen is Jaipur lab-certified for mineral identity and cubic crystal habit.

How to wear

Place in the North zone of your home or office — the Vastu direction of Kuber, deity of wealth. The front-left corner of your desk (as you sit), a North-wall shelf, or inside a cash box in the North sector are the three ideal positions. For bedroom placement, North or East nightstand is acceptable. Care: Dust with a dry soft-bristled brush only — never rinse, soak, or expose to moisture. Raw Pyrite (iron sulfide, Fool's Gold) oxidises rapidly in water, forming sulfuric acid that damages the specimen and discolours surfaces beneath. Display in a dry indoor environment away from humidity and direct rain. For energetic cleansing, use incense smoke (dhoop/loban), sound vibration (singing bowl), or place on selenite overnight — never salt water.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is this raw pyrite lab certified?

Yes. Every specimen is verified by a Jaipur gemological laboratory confirming FeS2 mineral identity, isometric/cubic crystal system, and stated weight. The physical certificate is included in your parcel at no extra charge.

Can raw pyrite touch water?

No — never. Raw pyrite reacts with water and oxygen to form iron hydroxide (rust) and sulfuric acid. Even a brief rinse initiates this reaction. Clean only with a dry soft-bristled brush. For energetic cleansing, use incense smoke, sound vibration, or selenite — never salt water or any liquid.

Where should I place this pyrite at home?

North zone — the Vastu direction of Kuber (deity of wealth). Front-left corner of your desk (seated), a North-wall shelf, or inside your cash box in the North sector. Avoid South wall, bathroom, and any area near water or humidity.

What size specimen will I receive?

This listing covers 80-500g specimens — the exact weight range is shown in the product variant selector. Our most popular size is 100-300g (roughly golf-ball to fist-sized), ideal for desk display and Vastu placement. Each specimen is individually checked and matches the stated weight range.

How do I know this isn't chalcopyrite or painted resin?

The Jaipur lab certificate confirms FeS2 mineral identity (not chalcopyrite, which is CuFeS2) and isometric crystal system. Each specimen is also visually checked for cubic crystal habit and the uniform gold-brass colour characteristic of pyrite, not the rainbow iridescence of chalcopyrite or the artificial spray of resin fakes.

How do I activate the pyrite for wealth?

On a Thursday or Friday morning (or on Dhanteras/Akshaya Tritiya), smoke cleanse with loban or dhoop, hold in both hands, state your specific financial intention, and chant 'Aum Shreem Hreem Kleem Mahalakshmiyei Namah' 11 or 108 times. Place in the North zone. Refresh monthly with smoke cleanse and intention renewal.

Is COD available?

Yes — cash on delivery is available across India. The specimen arrives in padded mineral packaging with the lab certificate and printed care instructions inside the parcel.

Which origin is this pyrite from?

Origin is specified per batch — typically Peru (Huanzala or Quiruvilca mine, prized for perfect cubic habit) or Spain. The current batch origin is shown in the product description and on the lab certificate.

Can I use this pyrite in a cash box or locker?

Yes — an 80-150g specimen placed inside or on top of a cash box, metal locker, or account register in the North sector is a traditional North Indian Vastu practice. Ensure the interior of the box is completely dry before placing the specimen.

How do I clean raw pyrite safely?

Dust with a dry soft-bristled brush (watercolour brush or soft toothbrush). Use a dry microfibre cloth for smooth crystal faces. A rubber air bulb removes dust from deep crevices. Never use any liquid — no water, no cleaning spray, no essential oil dilutions.

What is the return policy if the specimen is damaged?

If your specimen arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Normal variation in crystal shape, size within the stated range, and surface character are not grounds for return — these are natural specimens, not uniform manufactured goods.

Does pyrite actually guarantee wealth?

No — and we will never claim it does. Raw pyrite is a natural mineral specimen with deep roots in Vastu Shastra and crystal-healing tradition. These are belief frameworks, not scientifically validated wealth systems. We guarantee the stone is exactly what we say it is: certified FeS2, natural, uncoated, and within the stated weight. What you do with it — and in your financial life — is up to you.
